THOMAS NOBLE

President

As President of West Development, Tom utilizes his 35+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to provide expertise in all phases of the real estate investment and development process. Throughout his professional career, Tom has gained a wealth of experience focused primarily in the industrial, retail and hospitality market segments.

Matt Dalbec

Director of operations

Matt has been with West for 20 years. He is responsible for daily operations of all West owned properties and acts as general manager for corporate operations, including project management and staff oversight.

JOHN NOBLE

PROJECT DIRECTOR

John graduated from Villanova University in December 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting. Prior to graduation, he held various positions/internships within the finance and real estate industries, but ultimately accepted his first full-time position with Wells Fargo's Commercial Real Estate lending division as a financial analyst in January 2015. John remained with Wells through September 2020, where he eventually obtained the title 'Relationship Manager' and a graduate diploma from the bank's renowned Credit Management Program [CMP] (pka Credit Management Training Program [CMTP]). 

John accepted a position with West Real Estate as a Staff Developer in October 2020. He has added valued expertise in large-scale industrial development analysis, although he has amassed a wealth of wholistic real estate development knowledge during his time with Wells Fargo. John has also expressed an interest in supply chain and logistical/3PL solutions in which he hopes to learn and leverage knowledge with consulting partners.
